Great Multi-functional Dryer Features

The steam features on the dryer is great for sanitizing and cleaning of delicate items that are not advisable for washing.

I hope this washer lasts forever because I have never had one that worked so well. Quite, efficient, speed; it has them all.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer approximately 3 years ago and have really enjoyed the ease of use. I will say that just this past week it suddenly stopped working, it would not power on. Luckilly I had the 4 year protection, so the part and labor was free (I believe it was just a fuse, no major repair)
But the overall functionality of it is great. The repair even gave me some basic tips on how to maintenance it (I'm sure most people know these simple tricks, but I didn't) I would reccommend this washer for purchase to a friend.

Love it BUT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer died, quit working, wouldn't do a thing. I got out the owners manual and went through trouble shooting guide. Nothing. I was understandably upset - washers should last more than three years. So I paid a repairman to come out and look at it. He says, Did you reset it? Unplugging and plugging back in apparently resets the machine. THIS SHOULD BE IN THE TROUBLE SHOOTING LIST! I paid him $55 to do exactly that and it has been working like a champ ever since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How excited can laundry actually get you? With my LG3470, very! The options cover everyday needs with a touch of a button, and the TurboWash means fast return on those "must have now" items. As a test to its ability, (I installed this machine nearly a year ago and have been using it 2-3x a week since), all loads are completed using only the Cold Water setting and Tide with Oxy Pods and even the dirtiest fabrics come out stain free! That TurboWash somehow does just as thorough a cleaning in a fraction of the time, but I urge you to make sure you level the unit on a solid surface cuz in that High Spin Mode, it nearly takes off! The outcome? Clothes spun so water-free, drying is completed in a fraction of the time it used to take. How many of us have had completed wash done, but were stuck waiting on the Dryer? You won't with this set. I LOVE IT, and THEM both. Best laundry set I've ever owned. 5*****s! In a new house, my laundry room/walk-in closet is the first room I show off and everyone comments on how "sexy" the Metallic Bronze Washer and Dryer are. Way to go (Again) LG! Life's Good!

Excellent washer except for maintenance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was by far my favorite washer. However in order to keep up avoiding any smells, you have to keep cleaning the rubber around the front loader. Im very particular about cleaning but this was so hard to lift the rubber to clean. Try it when you look around. Product is very good in quality. Never had any problems with it being on second floor.
