Worst washing machine I have ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it in 2013. It has been repaired 5 times... It sounds like a jet plane taking off every time it spins. LG has replaced a control panel (twice) and all of the bearings.... so glad I bought the extended warranty

Very nice storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator especially the convenient freezer storage. No more searching through packages of frozen foods you can’t see! Very good upper storage in the refrigerator. Very nice looking in the new kitchen. One bad thing is the middle wheel underneath which scratched our new floor. Don’t move this refrigerator out unless you put something underneath the middle of it to protect the floor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest drawback to this machine is the lack of ability to choose JUST a spin cycle, which would help with washing pillows. As with any HE washer, pillows can tend to get waterlogged and getting that resolved turns into a day-long effort. The motherboard on this washer failed once which cost a fair amount to fix. Otherwise it works well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG equipped their unit with valves which are known to fail. The valve on our unit has failed causing leak in the house and damage to the floor and the room below. As per the repairman this is a well known common issue.

If the door and detergent drawer aren’t left open moisture collects and mold develops very quickly. The baby socks get stuck in the rubber door gasket and sometimes we don’t see them.
