Easy to use, very intuitive.

I am able to use all the features and not have to refer to the instruction manual
Little things like the soap dispenser are so well designed, you don't need to worry about measuring the soap first and it is difficult to use too much and waste soap
The chimes indicating the cycle is complete are pleasant and not jarring

1st time front loader owner---Love it but.........

So much research to decide on a front loader but now I'm convinced they're the best. Love the LG and have finally figured out the majority of programs available after 4 months. This baby averages 1-3 loads a day, every day, and cleans them all wonderfully. Only drawback is the musty smell of the interior wash bin. The smell doesn't transfer to clothes---Thank goodness. I religousely wipe down the seal and inner door after every use, and leave the door open between uses but......After 3 months of continuous use, it reeked. Finally, I purchased a "washing machine cleaner" product from the grocery store and this did the trick. When odor comes back, I'll definitely be using the product again. Overall, still love my LG and would recommend it to friends and enemys alike.

LOVE this washer!! had a HE washer by another brand, top loader that twisted everything and made holes into any item that was light weight :( after 4 repair bills for different problems, bought this washer.....LOVE IT!!!!! no more twisting or holes!! clothes come out clean and smelling clean! only dislike, is the finished alarm...cute song but even at the highest volume level, still hard to hear.

quiet, efficient, easy to use. water and electric bills have gone down, clothes are cleaner, and using less detergent. HIGHLY recommend this product.

I actually like doing laundry now! This washer thinks of everything for you, including how long the cycle will take depending on the size of the load. I love the song at the end of the cycle and my clothes come out so clean. It doesn't smell in the washer basin, even if I forget a load of clothes in there overnight. I can fit so much more in it than in my old washer. My biggest load was a queen duvet cover, a set of sheets, and the matress cover. It handled that no problem. It is also so quiet. Of all the new appliances in our new home, the washer and dryer are my favorites. I love them!

A Fine Machine

We owned an equivalent Samsung washer and kept it for six weeks. It was a total disaster! It needed repair and 40 minutes after the repair, broke down again. The LG machine, which has virtually the same features is quiet, efficient and trouble free. And as an added bonus, ending costing less than the Samsung washer. We would highly recommend this machine if you are looking for a truly excellent washer at a very good price.

Brighter and whiter clothes!

This is our first front loader. I have been skeptical of front loaders in the past but the salesman sold me on it. I love this washer! We have only had it for a couple of months and I am still playing around with all the different cycles it can perform. Our clothes seem brighter and whiter! (and I have so far always used the tap water cold on the temp setting) Our clothes come out nearly dry, so my drying time is cut in half! My bottle of detergent now lasts, well I would say 4-5 times longer than with my old washer. So happy we made the investment this time and didn't settle for the traditional top loading agitor washer. It is AWESOME!

We have had this washing machine for about a month. It has been great so far. Like our previous front loader, it uses very little water (which is good for our septic tank). It's also quiet. And it spins very fast, so fast that the clothes come out almost dry. Which means a LOT less time in the dryer. With our old top loader (many years ago) the clothes stayed in the dryer for an hour sometimes, especially towels. Now everything is dry in 15 minutes, usually.
