This washer washes really well. It is very easy to use. In reading the manual, have found several ways to improve the washing of items that make our home sparkle. It looks great also, especially in comparison to models in the same price range.

Everything has come out Super Clean. Even old stains have come out.
The customer service on the 800 number has been very helpful. I've called twice with questions and they were answered very quickly. They were also very friendly.

I really like this washer

This is my second front loading washer. The first lasted about 13 years. I can't speak to the long term reliability of this washer but after one month of use, I really like it. It has all the features I wanted as far as being able to adjust for different types of wash loads with extra rinses, prewash, etc when needed. It is large enough for fairly bulky items, up to a queen size comforter. It spins much better than my old one, shortening the time in the dryer by 10 to 15 min per load. I found that the turbo wash feature really speeds the wash time, and the clothes still are clean, so I use it most of the time. It has a few regular maintenance suggestions (dry the rubber piece when finished with the day's loads and clean the filter pump once a month) and I have found them very quick and easy to do. The only caution I have is that if you have some types of plumbing, I can see where water hammer might be a problem as stated by other reviews of this washer. The valves do really snap shut tight multiple times as the washer fills. It has not caused any problem with my plumbing, but appears to be a problem for some people.

Quiet, Quick, and Powerful!

This machine is so quiet you don't realize it's running! When you need to do a load quickly, it can do a load in as little as 15 minutes. It demonstrated amazing cleaning ability on a load of towels I thought I would have to consign to the "rag bag." They had tons of dirt on them from misuse by some visiting teenage boys! I treated the spots, of course, but ran the steam cycle to give it my best shot. Not one dirt stain remained. Love the steam!

Read the Manual but Clear Details Lacking

Two weeks since installation and it has some great features including that of being quieter than most, most of the time. There are a couple of exceptions such as when it's first started there is some strange mechanical clicking (almost clanking) that is apparently it getting it's mechanical act aligned by its computer. The other, is if it gets its load out of balance before initiating a spin-cycle it can shake the entire room. This can be addressed but the manual is more than vague on how to deal with it.
On the very positive side these seem to be short and transient issues and for the most part this is a very quite and (seemingly) solidly built machine. It does get clothes, sheets and toweling very clean, which is what it's supposed to do. And once you get used to the computerized input (versus previous mechanically operated machines) it seems ultimately to do a good job.
Ask again in a couple of years...
