[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice Washing Machine with relevant features that does everything they say it does. It's a bit noisy, and I'm not convinced about the value of steam. Writing on the face wipes off, so you can't read the selection.

Pro to mold

The rubber around the entrance catches mold super fast and you can not get rid of it in any shape or form.
This model has this inherent style defect which is a big concern because it is mold all around and the cloth being washed touches the mold every time.

Excellent front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned this washer for several years now and so far it has been a very dependable machine. It has a large capacity, saves on water, and is pretty quiet when operating. There are lots of wash cycles and settings; so it can handle pretty much any type of load of laundry. This is an older model now and probably lacks some of the additional features of newer LG washers (e.g., ThinkQ). But overall, I have been very happy with this machine.

OK Big Front Loader

Several years into this washer and it's OK. Handles the big loads. But it smells, literally. I've done all the cleaning, etc.. I leave the door fully open; doesn't help. And it has a drip/leak out of the front that pretty much wants to remain. The over-sudsing overflow hole in the back basically just dribbles down the back on to the floor. Really ? Sometimes I wonder what these engineers are thinking. We're going back to a top loader.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
