Excellent Product

I just simply want to share my thoughts with LG and future customers. I purchased my LG washer and dryer about 9 years ago (Sept 2013) and I am pleased to say I have never had any issues with either after 9 years of use. Thank you LG for making an excellent long-lasting product and I highly recommend this washer and dryer.

I am sad this washer was discontinued

I looooove my washer. I need to replace it because the cold water inlet valve is malfunctioning and its out of manufacturing warranty, and I am sad I can’t buy the same washer.

I purchased this washing machine a little over 10 years ago and it is still running very well with no repairs required so far. I am told the life expectancy is about 14 years so far so good. I am very pleased with the operation, and it has many great features. t
There are even a few features I have not even tried but in hindsight should have. I am very pleased with how clean it gets my clothes and the ease of operation. My wife like the sound of the tune it plays when it notifies you the cycle is completed. I would buy this brand again.

Good washer, but lots of issues

Had this washer for 7-8 years. Was great washer when we didn’t have issues. Replaced thermister/heating element twice, then control board went out. And even though we owned it 7-8 years, it was in our second home and didn’t get 7-8 years of use.
