Bottom line is that this washer is highly recommended, quiet, efficient with water and energy, gentle on clothes and cleans well.
You will need to do a bit more maintenance than a traditional washer (dry door seal and door after each use, run a clean cycle and clean filter).
I like the steam cycle to sanitize clothes but it does add considerable time to the cycle.
I think there are too many wash cycles, how different could they really be?
I also can not understand why the matching dryer is so expensive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this product is a prime example of new technology. the many features provide you with a wide variety of choices which cover any style or special needs you need to clean your clothes. It takes longer to run a cycle than our old washer, but the savings in water more than make up for the time. besides, the dryer takes about the same time, so your wash is not setting in the washer waiting on the dryer to finish. love this product and would definetly recommend it.

We love our new washer. It is super effecient and washes the cloths super fast. We have saved a bunch of money on our water bill just in the first few months. Would buy again!!!

Great Buy, Clothes Very Clean

This washer was a great buy! The first day I got it, I washed all of my large blankets and they are now SO clean and fresh. This washer is very quiet while running, especially during the spin cycle.
I definitely recommend this product. The steam option is great.

Never liked doing laundry until now. Love using the steam on all the towels and gym clothes. Makes life so much easier. Love all the different options.

This is my first experience with a front loader. All I can say is WOW! I can't believe the amount of clothing that I can wash at one time. The quality of cleaning is terrific and all with significantly less water being used. The only time I hear it working is when it is spinning a heavy load, but it's nothing compared to how my old washer sounded! Have already recommended washer/dryer set to a friend.

I LOVE LOVE MY NEW WASHER

First let me say the only reason I did not rate the value with 5 stars is that we all wish we could pay less for everything. We did notice our electric bill was a little less this month and we have not done anything different, energy star really does matter. I am curious to see what a difference it makes on my water bill too. I absolutely love all the features and choices, in the past I never really thought those mattered much. I do believe I have tried each one of them out now and love having those choices. It even seems like the whites are brighter and the clothes are cleaner. I love doing my laundry now and never thought that would EVER happen! I can now wash a small load or a large load. I was a bit leary of getting a front end loader at first and now I am so glad I did. Love being able to move the clothes over from the washer to the dryer so easily no bending, stooping and twisting. We got the pedestals too and I am so glad I did. I can not think of one single thing that I do not like about this washer.

Great machine

We bought this washer with an LG dryer and we've been very pleased with the thoughtful, advanced features that handle a wide variety of laundry needs. Only issue is musty smell that develops if you leave the door closed for too long but that's a problem for all front loaders.
