So easy to use and can use steam to sanitize garments and blankets more if needed. We love it!

Washes great, feature rich, but some gripes...

This washer and it's matching dryer have an impressive amount of features and wash customization. Although, many of the features may be excessive and rarely used. I do think it is better at washer my family's clothing than our previous traditional agitator equipped washer machine. It can be loud when washing and sometimes more so than my previous washer which I didn't expect. I have two dogs and my wife and I periodically wash their blankets and toys. After doing so for the first time we found that the hair stuck to the drum and the rubber gasket surrounding the opening of the machine. We needed to use the cleaning cycle to wash away the hair. This wasn't a problem with our old machine. Overall, I'm satisfied with this washer machine and I feel like it is a quality product that will last us many years.

Like the lint trap, easy to load and un-load. I have a rattle and the machine is level.

While this dryer has good options, there r limits

Dryer works well, has good options, but there are limits to each of the various options; wrinkle guard is not optional for all modes of drying, same with temp and dryness settings.
Pros: Performance, easy to use

My old dryer that was only 5 yrs old and a different brand, never dried the clothes as well as this one. I love all the features and it really keeps the clothes wrinkle free without over drying them. This may seem silly but I really like how easy the lint screen is to clean too.

I was more concerned with my washer selection than the dryer, and this was the partner. I am very pleased with both! Love the wrinkle care and damp dry options! I've had this dryer for 2 months and haven't used a lot of the whistles and bells, but the regular options are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the dryer

We've had this dryer for 3 months now and really like it. It's very easy to use! And the manual is easy to follow.
We love the variety of cycles. We've used the steam feature several times now and we've found it to be really helpful -- it's one main reason we got this dryer and we haven't been disappointed.
The dryer plays a pleasant little song when it's done, which is so much nicer than the standard buzzer of other dryers. I can hear it from upstairs when it's on the loudest setting, but it's nice that you can turn it down so that it doesn't wake you if you are drying things at night.
We have found it to be quiet, although it is in a separate "laundry room" off of the kitchen.
While we do very much appreciate all the features, it still seems that this dryer is a bit costly.
No complaints.

Great Dryer

Love this dryer. It drys so much faster than my old one. The moisture sensor is a great feature. I don't use all of the features this dryer offers...yet, however I'm glad they are there for future use. So many features available, great for the price. The little song at the end of the cycle is so pleasant.
