Too many functions and none work for me

I dry everything on low. Always have. This dryer takes extra steps to be able to do this AND I must always run 2-3 cycles. The dry sensor does not work. Final complaint: If I always run the same cycle, why can't the dial just stay there for the next cycle? Why must I set a new cycle every time?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Gentle wash and clean results

I am using the new LG washer since a few months now. It is easy to operate, and clothing is washed gentle but clean. Three major reasons I bought the LG washer was for quality, size, and vibration control. My washer/dryer sit on the top floor of a townhouse in a small closet area and depth of the washer was of importance.
I hope LG reaches out for survey feedback after owning the machines for several years since the purchase price of the washer and dryer were high.

This dryer is the best I ever owned. The speed of this dryer is amazing, It's done as fast as my washing machine which makes laundry much quicker. My kids like it too they use it and it takes half the time it used to. The steam feature is great, the only that could improve it would be a water hook up so you don't have to fill it manually. Overall great dryer!

Smart machine

I moved from a very old dryer to this top-of-the-line product. I am amazed at the smart dry sensor and the steaming capabilities. The capacity is so large, I am now able to dry comforters and steam pillows that I used to have to take to the Laundromat. There are still features that I haven't used yet and am looking forward to observing the results.

Bought this product for it's wonderful features

I was very excited to have a dryer of this quality. Then came the disapointment. The Dryer stopped working about 2 months after purchase. Have to have it serviced and found out the computer brain stopped working. Very sad and disappointed.

Dries Fast, Has Nice Features

I am a fan of this dryer! It dries fast, has lots of options to choose from and the sensor dry is really a nice feature. I've used the steam dry a few times and end up with a damp item... so I'm not 100% sure if that's supposed to happen, so I'm willing to accept that I could be doing something a little wonky. However, I am still very pleased with the product. I would recommend this with it's matching washer.

This washer far exceeds all expectations on efficiency, quietness, and ease of operation; all for a very reasonable price. Life is very good with this LG product. Everyone that comes over, we show them our washer. This the best example of great dependable workmanship. BRAVO !!
