I have now owned the WorkForce Pro WP-4530 about 6 months. It was quick and easy to set up. Makes great prints that rival the quality of laser printers at work. The wireless capability allows me to print from my laptop from anywhere in the house and the 2 sided printing, copying and scanning is a wonderful feature for a printer that can be used at home or the office. Love it!!! Would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.

It's a DUD!

Printer arrived with 3 empty cartridges. WOW really. That's half the cost of the machine to have to buy more cartridges to make it work.
I'm lucky to get 10 color brochures before I have to run a cleaning cycle to get rid of the banding and this is a constant must to make this piece of junk work.

Wonderful surprise

We bought the floor display model, replaced all the ink cartridges and had trouble printing. After cleaning the print heads a few times voila -- beautiful color and B&W prints, quiet, clear images.
Today I used it as a copier and it's great. I can now retire my HUGE copier as it needs toner, developer and a new scanning bar.

I have owned my WP-4530 for over a year and I am very satisfied with it. The ink last so much longer than other printers but over all it is one of the best printers I have owned.

WP-4530 mulfunction

Takes too long to set up. Had to run installation twice to get the printer driver installed. Never could get it to connect to my wifi even though I have several computers, tv, tablets and house controls connected. Big disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this printer!!!! It's Wi-Fi is awesome. Please note: when purchasing, if the store offers/recommends getting the phone help for an extra cost, decline it. It was a waste of my money. I was able to connect all of my devices just by following the instructions. It was simple!
