I have purchased a total of six of these printers and I have had no problems with them.I have one at my home and have put five into service at the school where I am employed. They all work well with a array of different computers. They give excellent color copy's and very sharp black and white copies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Epson yet

Epson has always made a great, quality product, but the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4530 All-In-One Printer is the finest yet.
The quality is superb. The Ink usage is minimal.
Have been able to do everything that I have tried to do.
No ifs ands or buts, it's the best. I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Customer service has gone above & beyond my expect

I purchased several of the WorkForce Pro 4530's for my business (religious organization). One of the printers failed, yellow ink began to bleed all over my documents after a time. I contacted the customer care and they informed me that they'll get to the source of the problem. Well, they certainly did! Epson stands behind their product. Of course I would rather the machine not break down.....but it did, it's a machine and machine occasionally malfunction. My other workforce pros are operating flawlessly.
When I received the replacement printer, the printer cartridges were not reading correctly on the new printer. So Epson technicians tested the printer and installed the cartridges for me at the factory (I am mechanically inclined but I could not get the cartridges to register properly when I received the replacement cartridges) so I would not have the same problem when the replacement arrived. IT WORKED!!!!
Overall, I'd purchase this product again and again because of the superior customer care and for the excellent workmanship of this product.

Frustrated!!

This is the most frustrating printer I have ever owned or used! It continuously jams, spits on blank papers, and says the paper is out when it is not. I definitely would not recommend this printer!

This Was A Good Deal

This is a all in one refurbished. So far it has been as good as any new printer I've bought and I'm old. Epson and I have had good luck. I would buy from them again, God willing if I'm around much longer.

This is a very good printer. I especially like the ease with which it prints duplex, prints envelopes and is easy on the ink. Pictures come out looking great! This is one of the best printers I have ever owned.

Insane Wi-fi connectivity issues

It's been an ongoing problem issue for 3 months: Load the drivers...it works fine for a while and then it says there are "compatibility issues" although I purchased this unit specifically because it would work with Windows 8. Apparently I'm wrong...I'm a retired Electronics Engineer and have become frustrated with this plug-and-play nightmare...
