Awesome machine

I love this printer! I wish I had owned it before I owned anything else. This is the best printer I have ever owned. This will be the third one for me and hopefully the last. Heavy duty cartridges seem to have extended life in them, which lasts longer so that you can get more done.
I recommend this printer to anyone seeking a printer that is user friendly and ready to go in seconds.

Worked Great until big Print Project

Printed color holidaygram for a fundraiser using 50 pages of thick 110lb paper. After this project I was out of yellow ink. Upon purchasing a new cartridge a trail of yellow ink is now found on every copy I make. Really liked the printer before this problem the print quality was fairly solid. Upon registering I was taken to this screen and decided to give a review. I'm hoping that registering the printer will help with the return process?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

wp4530 - all-in-one

install went flawlessly as long as you have the necessary cable and the network passcodes before you begin the install. but, it takes a relatively long time to accomplish. however, the end result is well worth it. this is our second 4500 series all in one and we use them daily in our home office. cartridge life is excellent and the large paper capacities are well appreciated. print quality and photo copy quality are exceptional. maintenance has been minimal, one print head cleaning in over a years use. highly recommended for low cost both initially and for cost of use. not to be overlooked.

Best purchase I ever made. I have an accounting office in my home and use at least a ream of paper every month (generally more) printing reports etc. This is the 3rd Epson I've had and, quite frankly, I hated the first two which were both noisy and slow (my fault for buying cheap ones).
Epson sent me an email showing the 4530 on sale for not much more than the cost of the 4 ink cartridges, so I bought it - taking their word for the speed etc.
I have NEVER regretted it for one minute. Best printer I have ever owned! I simply cannot believe how long the ink cartridges last compared to my other printers and it prints fast and quiet.
Yes, I HIGHLY recommend it for anyone doing a high volume of printing.

leaky ink and poor print quality

This prints like a much cheaper inkjet. Poor quality output. I clean the heads realign over and over but the quality stays bad. Nice features but they don't matter much because the print quality stinks. Black prints like grey. Colors are light with little hue, chroma or color depth. Blech.

Grate Machine

I purchased this machine January 2014. I used 2 reams of paper on the 1st black demo ink cartage. Now that's as deal. I'm still using the other 3 color demo ink cartage, They are due for a change out real soon. Its nice to purchase 1 color at a time when needed and spent less for one color that I need then all 3 colors in one cartage for more. The self feeding printing and scan works grate meaning no jams. Printing 2 sided works grate no jams. This was by far the best investment for an all purpose office printer.

this is printer is great except for its windows driver still been written the old style. the mac driver is perfect works smooth .... but once configured both operating systems are stable and steady.
I recommend it to all who wants a wireless printer accessible from computers / mobile devices and economical with ink requirement. for sure it much better than the hp similar model.
