Easy to unpack and set up. The instructions are VERY unclear how to use the 2 separate trays. I "thought" I was printing a 4" x 6" photo but the printer "read" it as 81/2 x 11 and the overflow ink got on the rollers and it took about 30 sheets to get rid of the extra ink that sprayed on the rollers.
Great print quality, great photos. Again the instruction manual could have given more specific info on using the 2 separate trays.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best All-In-One - Printer

This may be a little 'overkill' as a home printer and scanner but I wasn't happy with some of the previous units I had purchased and the fact that they lacked in features and just didn't last. My favorite feature is the dual paper source with standard letter size in the lower cassette and 4x6 Glossy photo paper or envelopes in the rear feeder. As a former professional IT user I can see this machine fitting into any office scenario with no problems and for a home user that wants the best I would surely recommend this unit.

not pleased with my Epson WorkForce

My printer is not working very well. The printer holds my request for a print from the computer -- and prints sometimes 15 minutes to 2 hours later. Sometimes it prints 3 copies when I ask for one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson Connect worthless

I spent three hours trying to sign up for Epson Connect, and it kept saying I'd registered the product, but apparently not the Connect feature. So, even though it said I could print remotely, it wouldn't give me the email address.
Worthless and FAR TOO DIFFICULT TO SETUP!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new Epson!

I am a long time Epson fan. Have had their printers for several years. My last printers were Artisans and they are now discontinued. I had to choose a new model and chose the WP-4530 after much comparison. The printer is GREAT! The ink cartridges that came with the printer have lasted far longer than expected. The color quality exceeded my expectations as I went from a 6 color printer to a 4 color but the colors still pop and produce very professional cards, brochures and flyers. Epson has designed their printers to work well with their paper.
Don't bother trying to substitute with cheaper papers. You'll be very happy with your results using Epson ink and paper. Did I mention I think this printer is the best? Thanks, Epson

received and hooked up. kept getting an error stating to replace blue and yellow ink cartridge. Do not know at this time how or if even the unit works. also had trouble with disc provided for drivers etc. had to download from the net.

Will Make a Great Boat Anchor

Printer worked great for the first year - fast, efficient, reliable, until the color ink jets started to clog. Now only black works. The self cleaning feature is interesting, but useless, even after 40 or 50 tries. Probably the world's largest and most expensive black and white printer now. I'm considering other uses for it, like a boat anchor. Every time I look at it on my desk, it makes me have negative feelings toward Epson. This was not a cheap printer, and it certainly did not live up anywhere near to expectations. O Brother, where art thou?

I am having a problem now. When I print, yellow ink splashes all over the page. I just replaced the ink cartridges - all are new. Have any advice on how to fix it?
Before this, I printed my sermons, sent letters to all my seniors, and a hundred other print jobs. This machine is fast, easy to use, and sips ink.
