It miss feeds paper, jams continually, print was very bad tried to align it never worked. I have never had a printer that when you take it out of the box the print if off set. Quality of print wasn't good. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. I returned the printer for another brand.

I will never own another Epson Printer. Ever.

My first computer was an Apple IIc and my first printer was a dot matrix. This is, by far, the must frustrating and worst printer I have ever owned. The product can not differentiate between paper jam or out of paper. When I fill the cassette, it does not recognize the problem is cleared. I have to power cycle every time. The user interface on the front panel is not intuitive and backing out of menu does not always work resulting in power cycle to get back to the main screen. I can not find any way to change cassette selection on the printer or from the PC - I should be able to just put new paper in the manual rear feed and pick that from a drop down in my print menu - no dice. This printer has been nothing but frustrating and a complete waste of my money. Enough so that I will never own another Epson product again. Awful. Just awful.

Short life

After barely a year of light duty (5 pages/ day max) we have lines running down the copied pages. No one to fix it - in the trash it goes.

WP-4530

I purchased and installed the WP-4530 printer less then two weeks ago. I have had less expensive printers that lasted me a couple of years. This one was advertised as a business printer so I assumed it was built to a higher standard then those for home use. The print quality was excellent for the first week and a half. Then I started getting big drips of yellow ink on my pages. I returned it to the store and they gave me a new one. I am hoping that this was a fluky thing and not related to the problems that were reported on u tube with the WP-4540 leaking ink problem.

Nice machine Bad software

This is an awesome machine as long as you don't have OS 10.7 Lion. Epson might as well just come right out and say your on your own. They have instructions for every possible OS except Lion. I have spent better than 3 hours trying to make scanning easy.
