Scanner leaves all documents looking grey- poor rating.

I just set this printer up three days ago, and so far it is working well and reliably. We are a small business, and needed a back up printer that was versatile and fast. Seems to be all that at this point. I will say it's a bit noisy with the clicks and clacks, but no big deal. I'm a little confused as to why I needed a USB cable for the scanning function. Seems to defeat the purpose of the wireless capability. Actually, had I realized this before I purchased the printer, it would have been a deal breaker. Anyway, set up was easy with very few glitches. I'm not hugely tech savvy, so I was dreading the process, but it went fine. I did download the driver and utilities directly from Epsom's web site rather than use the disk that was provided. Print quality is good, and everything else is pretty much as advertised. I gave it three stars simply because I haven't stress-tested it yet. If it holds up, I would give it another star, but the USB cable for scanning is going to cost it a star.

It does copying, scanning, printing perfectly.
Working with a WiFi is a breeze. Used very little of fax feature. For a moderate personnel usage it is worth the price. Haven't felt the need of re ordering the ink yet but keeping an eye on ink levels.

The Epson Work Force Pro 4530 was very easy to set up and had no problems connecting 4 computers to it wirelessly. Prints fast and really great quality work. Love the no smear prints and color photos it produces. Scanner is fast and very easy to use. Like it that it asks you where to save the scan you did. We do a lot of printing and scanning of documents and that feature is really nice so one knows exactly where everything is going. Directions are easy to follow and precise.

Found this printer for a great price. A little large, but it is great quality, quick printing, and functions well. Probably a little large for home unless you have a small office area. The quality of the prints appear great, both color and BW. We do not have a phone line, so have not tested the fax function. The scanner is easy to use, even wireless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

AWSOME PRINTER. ONLY HAD IT ONE DAY AND WAS SUCCUSFUL IN PRINTING 4X5 CARD STOCK FOR MY BUSINESS MARKETING MAIL TO OUR CUSTOMERS. IT WAS FAST AND EXCELLENT!

I was unable to get either of my MAc computers to recognize the printer. At this time I am unable to pring wirelessly. Very frustrated

Have had just a few days. Printer is very good. Have also used the scanner. Good reproduction.
Software was bit of a bear to get installed. Epson support did a great job getting me up and running. Good value!
