Outstanding Customer Support

My Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4530 All-in-One Printer is the work horse of our small business, so when she broke down after several years of perfect work. I thought I was gonna be buying another one. But I put in a call to the folks at Epson and told them my story, they said they would replace my printer No Charge, and FREE INK.. true to there word Epson ship me a new Printer and all is well. I am very happy to be doing business with the folks at Epson I have purchased all my electronics from them in the past, and I will be buying more in the future. Thank you Epson for your strong commitment to your customers.

BEST PURCHASE DESPITE YELLOW INK PROBLEM

I've had my printer now for almost 3 years. It's been one of the BEST purchases I've ever made. The ink capacity alone made it worth the purchase.
Setup was a breeze. The unit is SUPER user friendly. I use it daily for my business and personal use from my home office. My children also use it for their school work and digital works of art.
I will admit, I've run into a problem this year with the yellow ink. I have found it was a design/manufacturer flaw. I called Epson customer service last month. Even though I'm 2 years past the 1 year warranty, Epson took my printer back and shipped me a refurbished one. The gentleman I spoke with was SUPER friendly and understanding.
I've told everyone I know that Epson stands behind their products. They could have left me high n dry, but they made this right. I love my printer and would recommend highly to anyone considering a new all-in-one

Great Printer

I have a bookkeeping business and have had several printers over the years. This printer by far is the best. Fast, efficient and I love the double sided printing and coping. You save so much paper, with double sided printing/coping.
Once I learned how to use the various features and getting everything setup, things are great. This printer is a great asset to have in a small office.

Great Printer and Scanner!

This is the best printer I've ever owned. It scans from the feeder or flatbed AND will scan two sided from the feeder!!! Such a time saver. I haven't had it long enough to determine how much ink it uses yet, but so far so good.
It works great with my wireless internet from anywhere in my house.
I recommend it highly. The price is unbelievable compared to other printers that don't perform near as well.

Overall I like the printer. The scanner is woefully slow, however. Also, it doesn't seem to work in a virtual environment. I have the hard disk on my iMac partitioned. It works well on the Mac side, but not on the Windows side. Also, the wireless is very difficult to set up for those of us somewhat "technically challenged". Even following the instructions to the "T" doesn't help. I will have to hire someone to set this up or just not use it.

Good Printer

Initially I could not get the printer to be found on my network. The problem was the network. Got that fixed and the printer works great. Good quality printing from the computer and from my android phone. The copier also works well. Have not tried the scanner or fax yet. I would recommend this all-in-one.

PACKAGING WAS GREAT, NO SHIPPING DAMMAGE. THIS WAS THE BEST SET UP EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD, PRINTING WIRELESSLY VERY QUICKLY. THANK YOU EPSON. I EVEN PRINTED FROM MY I PHONE AS SOON AS I COMPLETED THE EASY TO FOLLOW SET UP INSTRUCTIONS ON THE INCLUDED DISC.
