Great value

Excellent value: quiet, quick, high quality production. Set up required a little bit of help from customer support, which was very efficient and error free.
Copying and scanning functions work just as well as the printing. Much better than the old color laser that I turned in for recycling.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has done all that I've ask of it. It prints wonderfully on both sides of the paper as well as scan, copy and fax. I'm very pleased to have made this purcahase after years using only HP printers. I would highly recommend this printer to anyone.

We purchased this printer for our business. We were told we should buy the replacement ink cartridges because the ink that comes with the printer will not last very long. We purchased the printer in October, it is now February and we still have not put in the new ink cartridges. This printer was easy to set up and is easy to use. We love it, and have recommended it to everyone

True Mac and PC compatibility

We bought the Epson WorkForce Pro WP-4530 because it solved a major compatibility problem. In our ministry, we have both PCs and Macs. We need both computers to be able to print wirelessly. While most printers state they are compatible with Mac or PC, very few are able to have both Macs and PCs connected at the same time.
This Epson has worked flawlessly, allowing both Macs and PCs to connect without one or the other having to do reinstalls or any other technical machinations.
While we bought the Epson for this feature alone, we have been delighted with other features of the printer. The printer never hesitates with wireless printing and it prints quickly. We LOVE the duplex capability as well as the ability to print with minimal ink when all we need is a draft. The unit holds a decent amount of paper and, frankly, it looks awesome in our office!
We are pleased with the Epson Workforce Pro WP-4530 and highly recommend it.

Going Paperless

I have a small insurance agency and wanted to go paperless. I was looking for a good but inexpensive scanner that would auto scan multiple double sided pages.
I had the Epson set up in 20 minutes or less and it's done a great job and I'm now scanning and trashing stacks of paper instead of setting up file folders and storing them in a cabinet.
I would recommend this to anyone that's need a great all in one with the scan features of a much more expensive unit.

Excellent for Heavyweight Papers

This is an excellent value, both for the initial investment and consumables usage -- if you're used to other printer brands, you'll be amazed at the ink yields as well as comparative cartridge pricing. Although it scans and copies wonderfully, I primarily use it for a home-based graphic design/stationery creation business. If you're looking for a printer that can easily handle heavyweight paper, particularly cardstock, look no further. The straight sheet feed option is a lifesaver...no paper curl and no paper jams.

Installation on XP

Terrible problems in getting XP to work with Epson software that I downloaded from the Epson website. I turned off my firewall and anti-virus and etc protection and still it took me two days to get the OS to correctly load drivers that would work. I finally had to to into Device Manager and update the drivers. The automatic firmware update still doesn't work. It gives the same result, "No printer detected". Very frustrating.

Easy set up!

This printer was a breeze to set up. I used the supplied software to set up (could have downloaded the same info from Epson) and all went without a hitch! It took me three and one half hours to set up 5 wireless networked computers and 4 ios products using supplied software; most of the time was used during loading or updating files, drivers etc. Nothing had to be repeated....No problems.
I love the features, print quantity, speed and clarity...the ONLY hick up was using the wrong size paper to print photos the first time but figured that out quickly.
I would recommend this printer for personal and business use; the sales rep where I purchased the printer had bought the same model earlier in the week! Best of luck to you....
