This printer is easy to install and produces crisp, clear documents in both black and colored ink. It is an affordable, business-quality printer for all uses.

Objective Review of Use to Date

The print quality is good. The speed is good. Wireless is difficult to set up and erratic once operational. The USB connection is good. We experienced a problem with the unit "freezing" and Epson supplied a replacement. We are currently experiencing a problem with another identical machine, "cannot read black cartridge". Epson is working on the problem but the machine is not working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer-scanner

I have a Mac, OS 10.9.3.
This is the best all-in-one printer I have ever owned. It easily scans multiple sheets AND it does two-sided printing! It is fast.
I gave it four stars, however, because I have only been able to get this printer to function properly with A SHORT PRINTER CABLE. Once that was in place, it has been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Quality

In all of my years using all brand names of Printer's, the Epson has them all beat. It's speed is excellent, its quality of print is excellent, and I have not had one paper hangup with this printer. I love ink jet printers, and Epson is the only one making them to my knowledge. Epson, be proud of your printer.

this printer cost less than the last two i had (other brands) and is much faster, clearer and quieter. i like that the ink colors can be purchased separately. it does not jam often.

The printer takes time to learn and we do not use all the features.
The printer is a little more than we needed, but who knows what we may need in the future.
We are very pleased with the purchase.

We have had the All in One Printer at our office for some time now. The only issue I am experiencing is that the faxing function does not work all the time (sending or receiving). We have checked the phone line and there is no issue.
Other than that we love the scanner function.
