Possibly the best injet I have ever had. very fast, quite and works just like a business copy machines.

Opportunity Missed

Con: Paper capacity is only (10) #10 envelopes at a time. Why design a high volume printer that holds fewer envelopes than a low volume, home printer? Would have been very easy to allow the paper tray brackets to zoom in a bit further and hold at least 30 envelopes. Poor design.
Pros: Provides speedy, quality printing and is quieter than other printers. Printer software works well and offers many options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Uses Cyan ink like crazy!

The unit is very dood. I only have 1 cncern, i printed <500 pages and i already used all the Cyan ink the printer came with. Starter cartridges?? Really??

Slower than dirt. That's the best description of the 4540 I can give. It sets in our junk room at the office now. I wonder if Epson will take it back.

Great all in one. Purchase xl cartridges 676 and ink lasts and lasts. Much lower ink pricing for volume compared to H P. They have good software that works to make printer sble to connect with all wireless devices in home or office. I would get extended warranty so you know you sre covered.

To date, this product has worked well. I'm somewhat disappointed that tech advise requires a long distance call but so little is required that it is not really a problem. There have been times that I was unable to find the right information in the manuals (it is always there) that I wished that I could just call and ask someone where to find the right instructions or information. I have the 4540 which might be over kill for my needs but I really like the the touch feature because it is so easy to use. It does save a lot of time.

We love this printer! We have had it for over a year and have never had a single problem. We feel like it's a good value on the ink as well. We use it for 3 kids school work, and a small business where I am constantly printing out shipping labels. Would definitely purchase it again!
