Workforce pro rescued the day!

I purchases this unit a few weeks ago. While setup was fairly smooth, I was a bit confused on a couple points but quickly managed to overcome them by looking directly in the manual for detailed instructions. I set it up with a wifi connection. Due to a personal event, I had to make a print of a few screens on my iPhone that didn't have print options. I simply took screenshots of the info I needed, opened my photo folder, within seconds I had a photo of the screen to pass along to the party who needed the information. Speed is exceptional and very satisfied with clarity and minimal ink usage. Great office/home performance

The Best Printer Yet

Purchased this printer for my small business - 3 trays, all the features for faxing, scanning, printing, 2-sided printing - fast, and very good to great print quality (depending on ink-saving settings). Totally the best printer I've used for my business yet and I've been through 5 of them in 6 years...one is still my back-up but the others were all a certain popular brand which I won't buy again...
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. This was the easiest installation of a printer I have ever done and it seems to be working perfectly. It's a little taller than I expected but it still fits on my desk. Seems to be just what I was looking for.

A Wonderful Machine

WP- 4540: Install was intuitive. Printer is quiet, fast and feature rich. Customer service is knowledgable and helpful. If you are a Mac user, update your firmware through the printer's web page.

Low Black Ink in New purchase

I am quite satisfied with this purchase...altho you would think that I would receive all of the ink cartridges full with a new purchase...but I didn't...the Black cartridge was less than half full and would not print at all...had to buy a new cartridge even before I would know if the Printer would work satisfactorily for me.

Great office machine

I purchased this machine to replace another brand that was problematic.
Initial setup was extremely easy. I set up both wireless for use with my laptop, and USB to take advantage of the scanner function. This unit does not, and was not advertised to, scan to my Mac wirelessly.
The multiple paper trays allow loading letterhead in one, plain paper in another, and envelopes in the back manual feed.This is great for my daily use. Presets let me choose how a document prints to a corresponding paper type. Print speeds are quick, operation is quiet, and the quality is as good as the laser printer it replaced.
The document feed works great, both for copying documents and for scanning. I do not have the fax function enabled, so I cannot speak to that. With 30 days of use, I'm still on the original ink tanks, so I haven't determined if ink usage is as claimed.
I'm not particularly impressed with photo print quality, but I am quite particular about this. I use genuine Epson glossy 4x6 paper, and wish there were ICC profiles like other Epson machines. A little practice with the print settings helps, but I am accustomed to Epson's professional photo printers, so this area is less than the best for me, but okay for office use.
Bottom line is that this is a great office machine.
