For the price, this is the BEST. Three paper trays so you can keep different colors or styles of paper handy at all times. Can copy on both sides, and fast as well. Can FAX on both sides at once, saving time copying etc before faxing a 2 sided document. And Epson customer service has been just great. Great quality scans, great quality and speed of faxing, copying, and scanning!
One problem - if you do get a paper jam - DON'T BE ROUGH ON THE MACHINE! My ADF permanently broke down after a paper jam.
Paper jams are not a problem and almost always USER error!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer looks great, accessories ???

Just received the printer: it set up OK and appears to work just great. But ...
- there was a small white plastic piece rattling around loose in the second paper cassette. It wasn't broken off anything, just loose. I have NO idea where it came from or if something will crash and burn because it's not in place.
- 3 of the 4 ink cartridges that came with the printer for the starter ink kit did NOT work. Printer setup wouldn't complete with them (Cyan, Yellow, and Magenta.) Good thing I bought extra ink or I'd be sitting here with no functioning printer.
- My opinion ... great product, poor service (quality checking).

will not connect

I have two of these printers, they do not stay connected, nor does the scan software install properly. Great printers when they work. Useless because they will not stay connected to computer. NO SUPPORT. Support just emails you to go read their library. Only computer people would consider this service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does everything it claims. Couple of quirky things in setup such as DTR only seems to work if location set to USA. Recall this on another Epson printer I had. Print quality is good. Relatively quiet operation. Second paper tray for my last printer was more than the cost of this whole unit. Great value

Excellent color auto-duplex printer!

All printers should be this feature-rich, and fast! My only complaint is that I'm looking for a color laser printer all-in-one exactly like this Epson WorkForce WP-4540! I did settle for an inkjet, but I still want a printer exactly like this one, that is color laser. With all the same exact features, and same speed. Same exact size, all the same features/functions, but a color laser printer (with autoduplex) for the same price!
I would recommend this to a friend!
