Definitely the fastest printer we have ever used. Easy to set up. Easy to change the ink. So far we are 100% happy but our enviroment is very dusty so time will tell but I think this printer is durable so we will see.
I definitely recommend this printer.

ihave been using it about a week. I have printed over 500 pages. Have used the copier and scanner. It was a pleasure to scan 30 to 40 pages with them feeding with no problems. I saw a review when I was looking at feedback and someone said it was a little noisy, This is true but if it works as good as it has the past week or so, I can handle a little noise. Price was good

Printing is fast and the quality good for home use. The AIO concept is good for us to save space. We're taking full use of the scanner to move us closer to a paperless home. The reason why I gave it a 4 star rating is that it doesn't handle legal size scan well. I was looking for duplex functionality, but after much research afterwards I found that it could not handle it.

This printer connected to my W-Fi easy. I bought it to connect to my Apple I-3 pad. Workeed fine with Windows 7 and Apple. Will put it through different types of Windows programs we will see how they work.

The type of printer that made epson great

My first epson was a dot matrix back in the middle ages and I have used epson for more years than I can remember. I tried the artisan series that has a lot of bells and whisltles, but the the 4540 is a great workhorse with the ability to ad flair and hands just about any paper you can feed it. Easy to use, easy to set up, my wife even likes it. What more can you say?
