Great Printer

I now own TWO of these printers and love them! I operate a one man office in my home and have found this to be the best printer of MANY that I have tried. Cartridges last a LOT longer than most printers and the print speed is very fast. Not sure I'd use it to print pictures but for B&W documents, it's awesome!

The printer works great, setup easy. Print quality good.
Only problem sending E-Mails to printer. Registered it with epson connect and received printer e-mail address but when e-mail sent get invalid e-mail address .looked at error did not apply. Could not figure out how to talk to support. Everything else good

Excellent All-in-One Printer

I purchased this printer for my wife about 18 months ago. She does a considerable amount of printing an faxing and has been very pleased with its overall performance. She's been through 2 printers thus far and the WP-4540 is the only one she's never complained about and has rated as an excellent all-in-one printer. I must add though that the faxing hardware did fail after about a year and the printer had to be replaced. Fortunately I was covered by the extended warranty and was not charged.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far this all-in-one printer/copier/scanner/fax has been great. Used it to replace a failing other-brand (will emit name) printer that was less than 2 years old. I'm now sold on Epson as the best in the industry. I'm an IT Manager for a CAD Design company, and we've started replacing all of our printers with Epson as the older ones start to fail.
This printer has great quality, low cost on ink, the scanner/copier is fast. The Epson software is easy to use and much better than the printer it replaced. The end user is much happier with this machine thus far.

Very good value

I have been amazed at how long the ink has lasted in this printer. After owning for about 5 months, we finally have to change out the black and blue cartridges. The print quality also exceeded my expectations. I use it primarily for printing documents for a church, and the pages come out very detailed and clear.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Trouble with set up, Scanning to computer wireless. we'll see if a day in the school project mode of life can figure out the details of such a fine piece of machinery....

Best multi-function device ever.

In over thirty years working with PC printers, scanners, copiers and FAX machines, the Epson WP-4540 is, by far, the most reliable and versatile device I have owned. It has an incredible list of features with easy set-up and access. The ink tanks seem to last forever.

Have had the WP-4540 for a couple months and I love this printer. Works great as a Home/Office Printer for my PC's, Mac and iPad/iPhone. Easy to use, great software.
