The printer set-up was super easy. Print quality is great. Excellent paper capacity. Printing jobs are fast and look professional.
My only complaint is the cost for ink.

I will say when I got the printer I was a little unhappy because the ink was dry but after I called them and told them what was wrong and they sent me new ink I was really happy and can't say anything bad at all and then printer works like a dream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a problem with print settings. I worked on it for three days until I finally gave up and called customer service. My helper (Henry) was fantastic. I am very happy with my purchase and the company help.

Need higher space in the output tray & more...

I own this printer, and I would really love it, but I cannot give it a 5 star due to the following reasons:
2 reasons:
Reason 1: Epson designer you need to think about giving it a higher altitude from the automatic paper feeder to the Output ray on the table. Why, because of the low high altitude causes to push away papers/pages from the automatic feeder to the Output tray "receiver" then pushed out to the floor, once a document has been scanned/copied. Epson designers, we need you to fix that, I really hate that fact/issue, because when a put a set of documents where the order is important, I cannot trust the automatic feeder, since it will, eventually, push away pages, and it will make my life not easy to reorder the documents.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the performance of this 3-in-1 printer. It is a work horse. My only difficulty with this printer is with regard to the MP tray. I use it for printing envelopes and sometimes for legal size paper. It would be preferable to use one of the trays that sit under the printer than using the MP tray.

Not as robust as I expected

I purchased this printer less that a year ago. One day blobs of yellow ink started showing up on the paper. I have several hundred dollars worth of ink on hand so had little choice but to buy the same model again. I hope to have better luck with this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the best unit that offers everything a person could want in printing at home/office. The xl ink cart. make it completely painless once set up. The machine after a year of printing and copying has only twice had a jam. This jam was because of paper only. It was able to be freed up quickly and painlessly. This machine has allow me to use a continuess ink well supply. It service my family very well! Can't ask for any more than that, it's the Best out there.....
