This printer did not last more than 15 days until it broke down. It gave an error message and did not function- has not functioned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great printer but

This printer has been good for the last year with only a couple of problems. Replacement policy of the printer within warranty is a bit of a hassle (a full replacement cost deposit is required before they ship out a new one) and if you run out of any of the color inks, you're not able to continue printing in B/W until those color inks are replaced. An undocumented feature as my husband would call it. Once business budget allows I'll be switching from in office product label printing on this Epson to a print vendor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the WP4540 for the last 5 months. It really performs well and can handle heavy printing jobs. My first WP4540 warranty had just expired when it broke. I did receive a "refurbished" replacement. I did not like this policy since I had not had the printer for very long and hardly had time to really test it out. The "refurbished" printer is working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well, but a little fragile.

This printer works well, but I had some difficulty with it. The paper output is a little fragile. Two pins broke off while trying to adjust the drawer.
Epson replaced, but I can that this might be a recurring problem. The printer has great features, a good price, and very good performance. I would probably purchase this printer again.

this is an excellent printer that is close to none.The printing quality is super with a durable caption of highest scanning quality, easy to understand and cheaper ink in terms of production.

LOOK NO FURTHER

I have ordered two printers. One for the church office that I serve as Pastor and the other for myself. My printer (the church also) has been in use since early 2013. There has not been any issues and the print quality and printing speed is great!
I would recommend this to a friend!
