Nice design, quiet, and cleans great. Replaced another name brand. This, by far, is a better washer.

I bought this washer at a reduced price, new in box, from Sears outlet.
It has loads of features and pre-programmed cycles. Everything is customizable to your needs. Except for the most basic program(normal), they do take longer than most machines. I wash my husband's work clothes on heavy duty, soak and pre-rinse plus aqua jet and they come out beautifully.
It occasionally gets off balance when trying to spin when I wash my big king size comforter if I'm not careful loading it. It's usually easy to adjust even when it does.
i find it a great value. You can wash loads both large and small with good results.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM AT ALL WITH MY WASHER, BUT HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE PROBLEM WITH IT FLYING APART DURING THE SPIN CYCLE. I HOPE THEY COME UP WITH A SOLUTION, BECAUSE I HAVE USED THE CYCLES CAUSING THE PROBLEMS AND DON'T WANT TO DISCONTINUE USING THEM. THEY ARE PART OF THE REASON I BOUGHT THIS MODEL. MY CLOTHES COME OUT BEAUTIFULLY, AND I HOPE THIS CAN BE RESOLVED.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It took nearly a month to get this washing machine. Must be a popular model. I based my decision on percentage of positive reviews on several sites. So far, it does what it should do and is pretty quiet about it. Much quieter than the 20 year old agitator type machine it replaced. Capacity is a lot larger than the old one, so I have to remind myself not to wash more than my dryer can handle. No complaints about it. It has handled loads with towels and jeans easily and did not get out of balance like the old type machines. If it turns out to be durable, I will be a happy camper!
Pros: Inexpensive, lots of features

More features than I will probably use. Without the agitator, it is kind to clothing. Quiet operation, all I could want in a cloths washer.

Redesign the detergent dispenser please.

Overall a very good washing machine. Some design improvement recommendations: 1) The detergent dispenser tray is to hard to remove/replace. This seems like a minor detail to tweak. 2) The clear panels on the washer and dryer are tinted. Not sure why. Lighten the tent or, make them clear so clothes can be seen. Other than that...nice job for the price point.

This is the first brand new washer I have ever owned and I have had it for maybe a month now and we absolutely love it! Theres no middle spin thing which I love! And it does and awesome job of spinning out! Clothes are almost dry when I pull them out!
