great machine

Very user friendly, very attractive and extremely quite. However, I don't have any heavy soiled cloths but at this point, does an excellent job with what I have to clean and after the spin drying cycle, cloths are surprisingly dry right out of the washer requiring less time in the dryer for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaced my first HE washer with a Samsung. This one gets the clothes much cleaner, drier, less noise and less tangling. I am impressed with it so far. I wish there were a way to cut off the end of cycle signal, which is pleasant, but I do not need it. It was also difficult to find and read the serial number as there was no box when the machine was delivered. and no information in the manual as to where the serial number is located. It took several tries online to find out this location.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: cannot cut off end of cycle signal

Washer is very quite . Love the top load Large capacity drum with its water level adjustment . A great features for large loads. A great value for the price.

Frustrating Machine

I love this washing machine MOST of the time, HOWEVER, why in the world can a large capacity machine not wash a heavy load, I.e. Quilts, blankets, etc.?!?!? Every single time we wash certain things the cycle stops right before the spin cycle and then starts to refill the drum again.....over and over again until finally it just stops and beeps at me with the code "DC" on it! Please tell me why I'm having to manually wring out the clothes or whatever it may be?? This is absolutely ridiculous and if had the option I would gladly purchase a new machine!

Cons: Did not meet expectations, does not spin and drain as it should

We got an excellent deal on our Samsung top load washing machine and it has worked awesome from the time that we installed it. We have a family of 5 and use this almost daily. Great product.

We just purchased this washer and dryer set. Very nice looking and quite. Lots of setting options and no problems with balancing clothes. They come out hot and fresh.

I am in LOVE with my new washer. It has the self clean options that keep the washer clean all the times and keep the washing drum clean from bacteria and mold. The aqua jet work perfectly with the biggest loads. Also is so quiet.
