I have owned my washer and dryer for over 15 years and decide to purchase an energy efficient one. After researching I decided on the Samsung products. I was hesitant about spending so much on a appliance but WOW what a difference in your clothes. Very satisfied about the purchase.
Pros: looks like a lot to learn but very easy to operate, quiet

This product has great features

Our other dryer had gone out and we purchased this one because of the steam no wrinkle feature. When it finally arrived, we already had clothes to wash and dry. We put it to use as soon as it was available to use after installation and the dryer worked exactly as we expected it. We were a little anxious to get it going and were a little confused on the wrinkle free feature. It kept going after the dryer stopped and, at first, we disliked this. We were not aware that the feature could be disabled in case we did not want to keep the feature going on. After we read through some of the instructions and tips of the dryer we have been totally pleased. We still need to use some of the other features but overall we are satisfied.
Pros: Bright display
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine does not dry and if you add time shuts off

I would not re buy this appliance. The dryer cleaner vent already broke and I need to reorder part plus door does not shut keeps popping open ,.These things can be fixed but if dryer shuts off sensing clothes are dry you cannot add time as just shuts off thinking clothes are dry
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This macine is amazing! Can handle a huge load or light loads all in one toss. I put in jeans and a blouse and it beeped when my shirt was done!
This dryer does everything but fold! Im sure that is coming!
