Awesome Features, Looks and Performance. Horrible Longevity

I purchased this dryer 7 days ago. I loved the features and looks of this dryer. We were planning on purchasing the washing machine next weekend, but have decided to go a different route. The dryer has already broken down. The DE code has been thrown and the dryer will not function. My Poor wife is having to drive wet laundry to her parents to dry. I would expect years before having a problem out of a dryer this price, but only 1 short week in, and maybe 8 loads of laundry, she is BROKEN!
Pros: Bright display, features, looks
Cons: Did not meet expectations, broken after 1 week
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Busy family with teenage boys and lots of dirty clothes. This dryer is excellent and saves us time and $ on our electric bill too.

After 3 weeks I love my Samsung washer and dryer. Clothes come out clean and smell good.

Presets too limited

I am so disappointed in this dryer. The presets do not match my needs. Why would bedding be high temperature only? Why is Perm Press only medium? Delicates is only extra low? And why do they run such a short amount of time? Why - because the clothes are still wet. I'm sure all the "extra" environmental controls is responsible for this. I am constantly running back and forth to check on clothes. I am forced to use the Timed Cycle mostly. Also, I don't like the song instead of a buzzer. When you go into "wrinkle free" mode, you never "hear" anything reminding you of the dryer still running - and then it just stops - and your clothes will wrinkle. Wow - I so wish my 15 yr old dryer was still working.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, no buzzer repeating
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Washer and dryer delivered today 1/15/16. Both look great...I have read the manual and still can not figure out why the clothes come out so wrinkle. No the loads are not too full. Do I need to have a full machine to get the best results.? So they went into the dryer and again they were still wrinkle , so I am not sure what needs to be done. I will try it again tomorrow. Oh! one other thing, the bleach dispenser still had residue in the dispenser after the machine finished. Why is that?? Over all the set works well as far as getting the clothes clean and dry.
Will see what happens!!!

I absolutely love, love my new Samsung washer/dryer set! It's cosmetically beautiful, and is a dynamic space saver. Noise reduction is impeccable. Washing time cut down significantly, and I cannot wait to compare water usage to the old fossil that was removed. I would recommend everyone to purchase this pair. You will not regret this choice. Samsung has defiantly made during laundry an enjoyable experience for the first time in my life. Seriously!

The dryer looks good and the steam addition is a nice feature. Although new to us and we just started using. Construction of dryer seems great.
