For the features and size, overall very good dryer. Only disappointment is the steamer, works but not as well as expected/hoped for.

Love the dryer

Love the washer and dryer. I had a different brand and did not like either one of them. On the dryer, I had to run it through the cycle in order to get the clothes completely dry. I love all the features on the Samsung. It has so many choices depending on the type of clothes you had to dry. Couldn't ask for a better dryer.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Great product but some issues at first

Love the dryer, price was excellent for all the features that it has. However since we have gotten it, it doesn't seem to finish a drying cycle unless we run it under timed dry. At first we thought it was an issue with the bedding setting but apparently it happens under normal setting as well. It will start to dry and then just stop before the clothes are completely dry.
Pros: Bright display, great features for price range
Cons: stops before cycle is complete

Good looking dryer

I have to admit, advertising works on me and so do cool features and bells and whistles. This dryer looks awesome and is designed well. It even plays you a little jingle when it's done drying.
If you load it up with larger loads or thicker fabric (jackets, towels, jeans, etc.) you need to use the highest temp and "most dry" setting. Even then, it might leave some damp spots. I thought this was because I overloaded the dryer the first time, but it did that with a load of 3 jackets. In my defense, the lint trap was clear and the ducting was too, so I can only assume there was good air flow.
Also, if you need to reverse the direction the door opens, it's a bit of a chore. The manual recommends you have a professional do it, but when (if) it is delivered, some companies don't offer that service.
Overall, it's a good dryer, aesthetically pleasing, large capacity, multiple functions. It could dry better, but I'd rather it didn't burn elastic or cook your clothes.
