Purchased Washer and dryer model # DV48H7400EW/A2 in June of 2014 and the dryer stopped heating already. Dryer is less than 2 years old and I already have to have it serviced. This dryer cost too much to only last less than 2 years. Going back to #### - the last one of these we had last for over 20 years and not one problem. Was still working when I gave it away. I'll never buy a Samsung anything ever again!!!
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, insufficient warranty
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great service when looking to buy a washer and dryer. The features are amazing on both units and the wrinkle release option works very good! Love this washer and dryer.

Was easy to install and love the wrinkle prevention/steam feature. Haven't had any issues with it yet and love that it takes less than one time through to dry even heavy loads! Quick and very efficient!

I have only had this dryer a year and have had someone come out and fix it 3 TIMES !!!!!! Same thing every time , some stupid sensor and it takes several days for someone to come out. I have a family of 6 and not having a dryer for 5 days is a huge inconvenience to me and my family. The repair man said he fixes a lot of these. DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER!!!!!!!
