I have owned this dryer for a year next week. Loved this dryer, never had any problems with it. Very efficient. Last week the heating element went out on it. Not even a year old! I have a family of 6 so this just doesn't fly with me. I love Samsung products but will never buy an appliance from theml again. Luckily I bought the extended warranty on it, but I will be without a dryer for a full week. Sahm's know that going that long without an appliance with 4 kids is beyond a huge inconvenience. Not to mention my washer is a part of the recall. Very unsatisfied with this set.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love how quickly this dryer works. It does the job, and then some. It was rated highly on consumers reports, and I can see why. This performs well, and can dry pretty nice sized loads.

We really like the set. My husband even thinks the spin cycle on the washer is quieter than the recalled set we had. I think it does an awesome job of cleaning.
