Washer That Doesn't Wash

What's the point of the heavy price tag and bells & whistles if it doesn't clean your clothes?? I think I use more water and electricity now with this "energy efficient" and "water saving" washer because I either have to run a load a second time or scrub everything by hand first in my bathtub before running a load in the machine. Someone please explain to me how a piece of clothing that stays on top of the pile of clothes in the machine is supposed to get clean. It's not getting clean just because it got soaked with water at the beginning of the cycle. If there's one major purchase in my life that I regret, it's buying this washer.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

I was so excited when I bought this washer. No more budget washers, this time I was getting the machine of my dreams!
I followed the instructions on the initial couple of washes then started to do my regular laundry.
I was completely baffled when after washing my husbands dirty jeans they came out with dirty streaks across them.
I set the dial and rewashed, and then rewashed again. Finally they were almost clean.
Parts of the material was clean but it was like the dirt was lifted and just redistributed in streaks across the clothing. I
f the clothes are at all soiled this washer will not clean them.
Which makes me wonder just how clean the clothes without obvious soil/dirt/grease actually are!
After a couple of washes my dream became a nightmare.
This very expensive beautiful washer was nothing but a lemon.

I'm sorry to hear your WA45H7200AW Washer does not appear to be cleaning your clothes effectively. There are several factors that could be contributing to this. First, be sure to run the Calibration Mode as explained on page 16 of the User Manual to ensure your Washer is filling with the appropriate amount of water. It's also very important to use only the recommended amount of HE detergent to avoid oversudsing. Additional troubleshooting tips can be found through this link: http://bit.ly/1tZw5un

Samsung WA45H7200AW/A2 poorly constructed

5-28-14 I only had the washer for one month and water was seeping out from under the bottom of the washer. I had to spend 2 hours mopping up the water, wringing out the laundry, and scooping the remaining water out of the tub. I was not happy with your product.
It turned out that when manufactured, 2 screws were loose allowing water to spray out of the tub gasket and fall to the floor underneath the washing machine. It is alarming to know this and to have to worry about water leaking out in the future when the screws loosen again.
I do like the fact that this machine will save energy and water. I am very careful with my water usage because of the severe drought conditions in Los Angeles, last year being the worst in 100 years. Hopefully, I'll get the rebates for water and energy conservation and I will feel better about the purchase.

One of the best wahers I ever owened

We own a King size bed. It can wash the comforter and then some. It comes out clean and fresh. The Aqua jet is also a big help when working out doors. It gets deep dirt stains out.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far the washer and dryer seem to be exactly what I was looking for. Much better than having my front load washer/dryer. The only thing I don't care for is the short detergent tray. Kind of a cheap design.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: cheap design on the detergent holder
