Not happy!

2 months after getting all new GE appliances, my refrigerator just stopped cooling. The repair person came out and quickly replaced a part that was a known defect (per the technician). Sure enough it fixed the issue, but the refrigerator still makes an unusually load noise when I have the door open and it needs to start cooling. I am glad I have the 5 year protection, but I am not happy with the fact that GE has a known issue and is still sending them out as is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One thing wish GE would change, the ice maker water dispenser would light the word "water" instead of having a bar light above the name.

Great Refrigerator

This refrigerator has lots of room. It makes tons of ice and is very well lit inside.

Very good, sleek refrigerator

Let's get right to it...
Good: Sleek good-looking design, doesn't show fingerprints (except handles), extra ice compartment
Bad (or not so good): If you are using the water/ice outlet on the outside, you can't open the door at the same time or it will shut off (no big deal really). The touch screen sometimes takes 4-5 times of pressing it to register the switch from water to ice, etc. I tried moving the shelves around to have room for larger objects (milk, wine bottles, etc.) but really the only space you can achieve this, is the one designated space behind the water/ice outlet inside. This is relatively small in my opinion.

Love the slate color

I've had the refrigerator for almost 2 months. I love the color & that it doesn't show many finger prints. The only problem I have is that the water dispenser drips after your done filling up your glass. This is a metal product so I'm constantly whiping the tray so it doesn't get pin hole rust spots like my last refrigerator

we wish there was a drip tray for the water dispencer the water runs down the frig. I wish the meat and cheese draw was in half so you don't have to open both doors wasting energy we use those products a lot.

Love our new fridge

We've been using our new refrigerator for two months now and love it. I love the way the LED lights light up the interior upon opening. I love the ice dispenser altho my husband wishes it had a drain under the water dispenser. Great appliance and looks great, love the color!!!
