Only 7 years old, water leaks from the bottom onto the floor. Refrigerator not keeping food cold, freezer not freezing.

If water is leaking on to the floor from the freezer drawer and the temperature is not holding in either section, there is likely ice in the bottom of the freezer and/or fresh food section. Overall great product

We love our fridge, unfortunately over the last year the ice maker in the freezer now creates large ice blocks (or one giant block of ice) instead of cubes. We’ve stopped using it and the door seems to be working ok. Overall good size, not a ton of bells & whistles but a good sturdy fridge that fits a lot.

The defrost cycle radiates some heat into the freezer. The ice in the freezer will naturally absorb the heat. This will cause the ice to melt slightly during the defrost cycle and may cause the ice to freeze together in clumps. Increasing the food load in the freezer will buffer the warmth from the defrost cycle and keep the ice from melting. Make sure the freezer is at least 3/4 full of food. If this information does not help, service is recommended. Absolutely the worst Refrigerator in 67 years

Motherboard went out first year. Some kind of fan that was no where near up to standards for what it should be used for went out and I had to call repair because you cannot fix the stupid thing without having the computer reset. now it’s freezing again Bottom is completely full of water

Water and ice dispensing

Been a good fridge freeze for awhile Replaced evaporator fan 3 times within 8 years now dispenser stopped working what happen to the units that would go 20 plus years without issues Been GE for long time inlaws retired from there but not sure where to turn now

Great features but does not last

Bought this refrigerator 7 years ago and have repaired it 3 times. One time under warranty and two more times in the last 7 months. Not repairing again going to by a new brand. Not to mention when I bought it the deli drawer did not open and close properly.

I am unhappy with this GE refrigerator. It is only eight years old and I have had multiple repairs on the door icemaker; broken door latch and leaking ice filler. GE will only offer me discounts for new appliances. Why would I put these in a landfill and buy more GE products. I so not recommend GE appliances. Also having issues with my GE stove that is only eight years old

Like slate color. Love all the storage and bottom freezer. Looks great with other GE appliances. Ice maker works great, has two top and bottom, can shut bottom off when not needed.
