We ordered this refrigerator through our builder and although we are happy with the look and style it doesn't work well. At three months the deli tray started freezing the food in it while the temperature in the rest of the fridge was warm. We had a new fan installed and it was fine for 3 months. Now at 6 months we are having similar issues. The food in a vegetable compartment has frozen and the temperature in the rest of the fridge varies. At times it will be 38 and other times in the 50's. Time for another service appointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

frig problems

Freezer works great but frig part has not worked properly since we purchased it new three months ago. Frig temp was some times barely adequate and other times warm. We have been unable to keep milk, etc without it going bad in one day or so. Have had frig for three months and have not been able to use it except for the freezer for entire three months. Alabama Pwr came yesterday for repair, so we will see how things go from here. Have had to eat out mostly for three months and has been expensive.

cooling issues

purchased in 2/2015 and within 1 month a fan went out 2x's it has been a few weeks since the last time it was replaced for the second time. Just waiting to see what else goes wrong. not impressed

We've had this product for less than 3 months and already needed a service call because the main compartment would not cool properly. It's also EXTREMELY noisy. I do not understand why the shelves above the drawers are not removable. How are you supposed to thoroughly clean it?

Bad Cooling Fan

My first review was kicked out. The cooling fan went out after only 2 and 1/2 months of use. They did not send out the new software to fix it properly the first time so after two weeks it went out again. We are still waiting for the fix to occur because they did not send the software out with the second fan and we had to wait an additional week to get that in.

I purchased this about 6 months ago. I love the dual icemaker. I love the lights. I have had to have the cooling fan replaced twice. GE stood behind their product and replaced it with no question. Somewhat disappointed this had to be done
