Good scanner for a novice or casual user.

I bought this scanner to upload a stack of paper documents that I have been keeping until I had a chance to store them safely. This scanner does a good job (but rather noisy). My computer is eight years old and required some adjusting before the documents could be read clearly on my computer. The scanner was very easy to set up and has simple operation, with clear instructions and helpful screen prompts to guide you along. It gets the job done, and does it well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The soft should start when plug in or push the scan button.
