Good Features for Price

I am going through 50 years of photos and scanning them into my computer where I will organize and burn to disk so I can destroy the originals. I find the editing tools really help clean the pics up. This is a one time project, but may take a year to complete. I didn't want to spend a lot on a scanner that would be pretty useless once this project is complete. This scanner fits my budget for this perfectly. Still looking for help with the organizing part.

Pretty good

For the price the scanner is very good. However, it said scanning a page should only take about 30 seconds but it takes well over minute per page. Now my computer was pretty old, I'm getting a new one this week so maybe it will be faster.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used the V700 in the office with Windows and Epson scanning software. I needed a portable scanner capable of scanning at 2400 +. So far this works well and the software has a familiar look and feel in Professional Mode using Mac. No power cord needed as it gets power from the USB connection to my laptop. Good Stuff!

I need a small portable scanner to use with my MacBook. Works great, although I was disappointed that the stitching software doesn't work with Mac.

When I first started using the scanner I had to push the scan button multiple times to get it to scan. I tried switching ports but that did help. I thought it might be isolated to my laptop so I tried the scanner with my desktop and had the same results. I had not used it for a month or so with my laptop and when I did, it scanned with one push of the button. Can't explain that anomaly. Maybe a Windows 10 issue. Overall, I am pleased with it's performance.

This product meets my scanning objectives and the resolution is excellent. I only use the "full auto mode" scanning function since I have no special scanning requirements. This product was easy to install and use.
