I purchased this scanner as a replacement for the same model that lasted a little more than a year. So far, so good! Easy to use; clear scans; nice features.

Easy to setup and use. Now I don't have to do what I need to scan at my work place . I can experiment how I want things to look. I mainly use the scanner for art projects.

EASY TO USE

I am so happy that I purchased this scanner. I had an older model which was also a printer, but I only used the scan function. Most of the time I had to plug and unplug the scanner to get it to work. This newer scanner is Easy Peasy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't work with Windows 10

It sat in a box for a month before I got the chance to start using it. It works fine for my Windows 7 machine but it doesn't work with Windows 10. With Windows 10 it won't do 2 scans in a row without restarting the program. I have talked to others who have the same problem. We haven't taken the time to figure it out. The reason a person buys a scanner in the first place is because they don't have a lot of time to mess around and they don't want to use their printer to scan. When I get some time, I'll try to figure it out. I don't know why Epson wouldn't just make it work the first time.

Good and stable scanner

I bought this scanner 2 years ago and it works fine. I have rated the scanner 4* because the message came that it will not work on my Mac Mojave 10.14.4 64 bit OS in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible - only works sporadically with Mac

I bought this and when it works it is great but if quits its connection to Mac1.14 and then doesn´t work at all
