Disappointed: colors not true

I bought this to replace a very old Epson Perfection 419 Photo Scanner. It was amazing, but finally died. I am using it to scan older family photos. Unfortunately this product does not measure up. While it is easy to use it changed the color of all the photos. Tried turning color correction off and the colors were still strange. I returned it and am looking for something else. Documents scanned fine but not suitable for photos

Real Plug and Play

This is my second install but first time around I was amazed. Just plug in USB and scan. Photos came out as separate scan. I.e. 3 photos on scanner at one time and I got 3 different photos already trimmed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson Perfection V39 Scanner - Great Product

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am so happy I did. It was easy to set up and use I just love it. It is excellent for my home use.
