Compact, work fine and fast, software issues.

Scanner works as expected, which is good. One problem I experienced - very often if detach computer from scanner, no matter is scanner connected directly or through powered USB hub, and then connect it back, software can not establish connection to the scanner until reboot. (mac)

Great scan quality, great value

I bought this to scan old photos for our family to share. It easily recognizes multiple photos and saves them as individual files. The scan quality is wonderful, for documents and photos. It's fast enough, and the application is easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Never powered up!

I bought several weeks ago because I needed a new way to scan when I upgraded my OS and an upgraded driver was not supported on my old printer. When it arrived I plugged the unit in and nothing. Changed cords. Nothing. Changed computers. Still nothing. I was going to return and replace but the good news is that I was able to find a workaround software that would allow me to scan with my old printer. Unit returned and refunded. Still scanning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good scanner - great price

Scanner installed very easily. So far, I have only used it for a couple of test scans, but it seems to work well, with good quality scans.

It Does Nice Scans

I bought this scanner a couple of weeks ago. It is fast, it produces good scans and the price was right. It scans photos and documents in black & white, greyscale and color. The software for the Mac is so-so but I is serving my purpose.
I would recommend this to a friend!
