Great for my need!

I was creating an 80th birthday picture book for my dad- and this was a perfect, inexpensive way to scan all photos to digital. Also, great customer service when I had a question!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple set-up, you can get started right away..haven't yet explored all the features so i expect I'll be even happier

I bought this a few months ago. The machine was not responding, I emailed to technical support and got the reply next day. I’m still trying to work on the problem. Will see.

Problems! And I can't seem to fix!

Everything Was fine. Working great. It would scan properly;
then a small window would pop up and I could select a location in which
to place the scanned photo. This part stopped happening. Instead it brought
up a window of all my pictures. And I don't know what to do as it doesn't state anything!
