Good home scanner

I've used my new scanner only a few times but am well satisfied.
Installing the software on my desktop iMac took a couple tries.
I recommend having the "professional" menu setting as your default if you do anything besides letter-size grayscale, and using the "preview" function to make sure you're getting the area you want.
I had put off getting a scanner, but I do a lot of work at home for a nonprofit museum, and the V19 fits easily in my limited space. It's light and easily portable, getting power via USB, and so can be used anywhere a laptop is available.

I like it's not heavy. Easily transportable. so far the scan is easy for regular pictures and document scan. Very impressive.

V19 scanner

Great scanner for the price. Use it for every day documents, B&W and Color. Works perfect.Easy to set up. Works with Win 10. Good online support. Light weight so portable.Would recommend this scanner for normal every day use.

Good home scanner

I have a few thousand pictures and this scanner is providing me with higher than expected results. There are a few things for which I would junk this scanner in a jiffy if it wasn't cheap enough to buy. The Auto Enhance feature is mostly junk. The other features you can use are Brightness and color saturation. The cropping feature is fine but I can't do a slight "rotation" to straighten a picture. I use Window's picture editor to do that. I can write-off the spot fix. I think it's a waste. I will use the windows picture editor to do any spot fixing which is not great but better.
If you have a eye like an eagle and consider yourself better than average when it comes to pictures manipulation then do not go for this scanner, this is not professional grade. But if you are an average Joe/Jane and multitude of pictures to scan then this scanner will return your investment ten times over. This printer is also rated at CNET so look up that review also. What they talk about, as far as negative points, I agree with.
Overall, on auto scan, I am pleasantly happy with the results I am getting. My negative comments affect much less then about 10% of the pictures that I need to tweak and find this application needing improvement. What this scanner is delivering for me was unaffordable not too long ago. I have had this scanner for about 30 days now and I have gone through about 700 pictures. I was hoping to get to this project for the last 7 years.
Am I happy that I got this scanner? Absolutely!

Great Little Scanner

Works well. Fits in my laptop bag and I bring it along with my laptop. Comes in handy at work. Easy to use basic portable scanner very handy I recommend it.

Love it. Very small. It gets its power thru the USB port. No power cord. I don't like the all-in-one types of copier-scanners, so its right for me. I also have the very large Epson 11000XL for high- res artwork. But this sits right next to me, so I can use it for quick scans of paper work and quick art scans. And how do u beat the price?

Works will for scanning pictures. Grate resolution. Easy to install and operate.
