Awesome Tablet!

I love this tablet!! It does everything I want in a tablet and more. My only complaint is that I can't change the default homepage which is set to Samsung's page. I love Samsung and their products - my husband and I both have the Galaxy S4 as well as a Samsung 26" TV that I use as a monitor, and have had absolutely no issues with them, which is what led me to choose the Samsung Galaxy Tab, but I don't want to see their page every time I open a browser window.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Best mini out there

Multi window functionality is awesome. Printing is a breeze. BIGGEST problem was it did NOT open some pdfs and still continues to struggle on some downloads which is why it doesn't get more than FOUR stars. Way better than I pad mini from my experience. Continues to impress me with functionality. Overall glad I purchased it. Best mini tablet out there. I work in the wireless industry.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, functionality, reliability
Cons: did not meet some expectations

AMAZING graphics!!!

I have a first generation Galaxy Note 10" that I love but I had no idea how much better the graphics could be - they are just amazing on this new Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4.
On top of this, the multi screen feature is pretty sweet. It takes some getting used to because it is different than what we think of as having multiple screens open on a desktop computer.
So, the graphics and presentation are 1,000 fold better - what about performance? The battery has a much longer life. The programs run much easier and perform faster with none of the jerkiness you see in apps heavy with graphics on the earlier tablets.
All in all, this baby is so much better than it's earlier versions - and the price is still pretty good - I do wish the larger tablets were not quite so pricey (this is why I went with an 8.4 instead of a 10.1 2014 edition).

Cons: expensive, no milk music support!, not enough dock options, no pen included for the price, only 16gb onboard

I love this tablet, but I'm gonna start with the down side. If you use auto brightness AND the power saving mode, the screen gets so dark that you can barely see it. It's one or the other if you want comfortable viewing.
This tablet is the perfect size for everyday use. It's portable, yet large enough to perform a diverse array of tasks. The screen is crisp and ultra responsive. It comes with a suite of perks that are worth the purchase by themselves. I would recommend this to everyone from everyday users, like myself, to business users. It handles both types of tasks, seamlessly. I originally had a Nexus 7 and was solidly happy with it. I saw this and returned my other tablet...I have been infinitely glad I have ever since.
Pros: Lightweight, powerful, versatile, software suite
Cons: power saving coupled with auto brightness
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love This Tablet

Came from an iPad and let me just say I will never go back. The tablet has so many features that I am still learning about today. I wish it had a snap drag 801 but If I could buy another tablet tomorrow, I would still choose this tablet.

Excellent selection of Free apps from the Samsung app collection
Easy to set-up and get connected to your Wi-Fi
Enables multiple emails - useful for gmail and yahoo.
Voice recognition software works great.

The single weakspot for this product is the battery life.
Although it is dependent on the number of apps that you have operating, it is still a bit on the weaker range side. [I have a Kindle fire - battery runs for a long time before recharging].

Great Mid-sized Tablet

Wonderful tablet for the size. The screen is wonderful, the performance is great.
Ability to still hold it with one hand is great, and the high res screen is to die for.

Only downside with the product that I've found with it is that the battery is moderately sized, if it was a little larger it would of been great. The oversensitive screen is another but that was fixed recently.
