I'm not disappointed in the product itself. It is what it is... an overpriced piece of plastic and tin. My disappointment comes from the fact that the first one I ordered had a small defect on the outer trim. It was so slight but it bugged me because I paid so much money for it.. so I decided to return it. Guess what? They will give you an RMA but I had to pay to ship it back. Regardless I received the replacement and to my surprise it was more damaged. Keep in mind that based on the sturdy packaging, the damage to the kit was not due to shipping but came that way from the manufacturer. After another RMA and paying to ship it back, I'm out $40 dollars and have no trim kit. I'm on the fence about trying to order another one. Very disappointed.

very simple to install, easy to follow instructions ,had it done in a very short time . replaced a 2003 GE microwave we had built in when we remodeled kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!
