Drum Cracked after 3 years

similar to other review on here - drum cracked after just 3 years. disappointing quality. was good value at time of purchase - disappointing life cycle.

Dryer won't stop running when in OFF position!!

it's obvious that i will likely never get a response back from samsung but nevertheless, i will leave my comment for others to see and cease any purchase from samsung in the future.
to keep it short, i had a brand new home, bought this washer and gas dryer set (wasn't cheap) in november 2018. six months ago, it started running on its own while off. the only way to turn it off is to unplug it. i ended up finding a ton of videos online that showed me what the problem was. it is the main circuit board inside one of the big relays where there is a small piece of metal that keeps acting up. so, every day now, i have to tap on the box that houses the circuit board to get the metal piece to switch back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Features seems to be great

Features seems to be great but my wife thinks it's taking a lot longer for the clothes to dry than our old dryer. She doesn't think it's heating enough that's why it's taking a lot longer. We're worried about our gas and electric bill being higher.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Love my gas dryer !

I thought I was going to hate drying clothes in. My newgas dryer. But I was wrong. I love it. It has so many options and I love how big it is.And wow is it fast at drying my clothes. I love it !!!

Super fast drying

I have only had this dryer for a few days, but after several loads of laundry (bedding, towels, clothing) I am very impressed with the drying efficiency! Wow, is it fast ... faster drying than the washer is at washing. No more waiting in line for the dryer to finish.
