Words cannot express my delight with this appliance. It cleans everything with a sensible set of questions, weighs the load, requires no oversight and as long as you check the filter monthly that is the end of owner responsibility. We can steam things, we can refresh things, we have clean laundry in a fraction of the time with other washing machines. Well built, solid and very well designed. It makes laundry fun. Also really quiet.

This is my first front loading washer and I was nervous about switching. I absolutely love it. This washer is so easy to use and I love it. I feel good about conserving energy too.

I am in love with this washer/dryer set! First of all the color is a gorgeous cherry red. But the quality of LG is unmatchable. The capacity and features of this washer/dryer set exceeds all expectations I had. I am so happy I went with LG and not the other brands I was considering. Very smart decision on my part!

This is my first washing machine. I've had it most of the year, no problems. My bills are low and my clothes are clean and, hey, it looks pretty snazzy. Two thumbs up!
