unexpected problem

It has so many great features, like auto settings, allergen settings, and it has worked perfectly the whole way through. The only replacement part we needed in all this time was to get a new door lock. I bought this after reading reviews about it which were all high and they proved to be right on. I am so happy with this washer!

This is the world's best washing machine. PERIOD. The flexibility of what I can wash, the final wash is always so clean, and it handles massive amounts of towels at our beach house everyday. BEST thing i can say is that this holds true even after 5 years!!
