Efficient, Reliable, Easy to Use

This washing machine is undoubtably the best I have ever had. The combination of features available is wonderful as I use many different cycles ranging from Hand Wash to those requiring hot, deep steam cleaning. Having different spin cycles is great as my clothes and sheets come out perfect.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

This machine is GREAT!
I purchased one from your competitors but due to excessive problems I was forced to purchased a new machine.
The sad thing is I have a mismatch set but white. When visitors come over via my garage they come through my laundry area and the question is always WHY SUCH AN EXPENSIVE SET A MIS-MATCH. Then I have to explain how bad the other was but how great this LG is.
Maybe my first front loader was a bad experience but it was very costly even after the warranty ran out so after research and store shopping nothing could not beat this LG's price or features.
Performance is awesome, quite, powerful and clothes come out spotless.
Just wish I could have afforded the top of the line LG, the clothes even smell so clean and I could not have IMAGE having this when our child was in diapers or throughout their playful years.
JUST A GREAT PRODUCT, you can tell engining went into the design of this machine.

we love this washer, steam and allergiene get sheets and towels super clean. we stacked ours because of lack of space and they look as good as they work.

Front Loader washer wm2650hra

I love this washer! I had doubts from all the complaints I had heard or read about them smelling and molding. But I read up on them and after having it for 2 months now keeping the door ajar and running the cleaning cycle once a month I am loving it. It gets the clothes really clean and it is so easy to operate.

Great steam washer

Tons of features! We bought the matching dryer also and love them both! The steam feature is great for sheets, towels or anything that needs a little extra cleaning.
I washed our dry clean only wool coats on the delicate setting (and dried them on delicate also) and they came out great with no shrinkage.
My only complaint is that a child could still turn the washer off despite being on child lock. You would then have to restart the cycle, unless you knew what it was at.
Otherwise very happy and have owned them for over two months now. I leave the washer door open after the final wash to let it air out and haven had any issues with mold, mildew or smells.

Purchased this washer on 5/11, delivered on 5/14. Today, 5/20, the washer has stopped working. It gives an error message of "LE" which means it is overloaded. It had a load of baby clothes in it at the time, it was not overloaded. Even after taking all of the clothes out, it still will not empty the water that is in it, nor will it go into the spin cycle. I will be returning this washer ASAP along with the dryer that came with it. It stopped working the day it was delivered.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
