This product has great features. I love how quiet it is. And the nice tune it plays when it's done makes finishing the laundry a little less painful :)

The best washer I have ever owned.

After some research I desided to purchase LG products when I need a new washer and dryer. Last month that time came and I bought the LG steam washer and LG steam dryer. I am more than pleased with the performance. First time I have been able to completely remove the stains from my husbands shirts.

Cherry Red LG Washer and Dryer - great product

This is my first experience with LG products and so far (after 3 months of usage), I am thrilled with this product. The features are easy to use and offer great variety. Of course the look and sound of this product is also terrific! The steam feature is a great bonus and something I have never had before, so I do enjoy using it to try to reduce the amount of trips to the dry cleaner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing clean clothes and super quiet

I normally don't write reviews but I love this washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are so quiet and efficient that I don't even hear them running until the chimes let me know the load has finished. The dryer takes half the time as my old one, the clothes smell so fresh. It has been over a year since my purchase and they are great!

Super Washer!

I love this washer! It took a couple of loads to get used to it - I was convinced that there wasn't near enough water being used to even get everything wet, let alone clean. (My old washer was around 20 years old and used lots of water.) But my clothes ARE getting clean, with much less soap and water. The cycles are longer, but the drying time is shorter, so it balances out.
The washer is easy to load and easy to use. I have not used any of the steam cycles, but have used the sanitary cycle, which heats the water to very hot. My towels never smelled better. I like the fact that I can choose to add more water or an extra rinse when I feel it's necessary.
The control panel looks a bit intimidating at first, but is very easy to use. I have found the presets to be very useful, and have only rarely changed them.
The machine is very quiet.
I know some people have complained about smell, etc. I just wipe the door and around the seal when I am finished and leave the door open for a couple of hours. Later, I go back and close it - a magnet keeps it ever so slightly ajar to allow air circulation. So, I am not anticipating any issues there.
Oh, and I love the red!!!!

Quiet, saves water, 15 minute cycle and chimes

I love my new washer. It is so quiet and the quiet chimes to let me know when it is finished. There is a wide variety of choices for washing. From a long sanitary cycle to a 15 minute quick cycle. I am learning something new each time I use it. I also, like how it balances itself, so no stopping and having to moves things around. We plan to buy another set for my daughter and her young family. The allergy cycle will be important to them.
